No, itâ€™s not the foundation of a math equation. Any company that has hired and worked with a PR agency probably understands this sentiment. Letâ€™s face it. As far as reputations are concerned, PR people are typically positioned somewhere between lawyers and lobbyists (though we are much more affordable). So when people ask me, what do you mean by â€œPR Minus BSâ€ â€“ I tell them that itâ€™s more than a funny slogan, itâ€™s a promise. A promise that we wonâ€™t blow smoke up your skirt and/or pants. That if we donâ€™t agree, we wonâ€™t nod along and pretend that we donâ€™t have an opinion. Weâ€™re not always right but weâ€™re also not afraid to disagree. And isnâ€™t that what you would expect when you hire an agency?
