At Barokas, we are a ‘glass is half full’ kind of agency, and see summer as the perfect opportunity to take advantage of the season’s natural downtime. We welcome the slower pace of news cycles as a chance to get creative, plan ahead and enjoy a few ‘summer fun days’ with our team and clients.
As temps increase, our efforts to prepare for a busy season ahead do as well. Internally, we’re redefining personal goals and regrouping as an agency to identify what is working and what isn’t. These insights help us strengthen our team and make adjustments to ensure our clients stay on track into the second half of the year. Q3 planning is when we reconnect with clients to determine their vision for the rest of the year, anticipate growth and any changes in their direction. And nothing beats the blue skies in Denver and Seattle for some fun and relationship building with our clients out of the office as well! Recently, our team enjoyed a fun day with Scott Frank and Taryn Adams from Airbiquity with a day cruise around Lake Union in Seattle, and both of our offices have summer outings planned with our internal teams and clients.
